Not only are Jill and Russ great people who’ve been Fork + Rake Members since the early days, but they’re now also launching their t-shirt modeling careers. Before or after (and sometimes instead of) hiking nearby, you’ll find Russ raising a glass of Lager (Servus, bitte) and Jill enjoying an IPA (most recently Dusk) in the Biergarten gazing at the Hope Tree. Say hi — they’re awesome!

This Hope Tree tee is the first in a series that celebrates icons at Wheatland Spring. They also represent one of the natural elements and a part of our brewing process on the farm. You’ll often see the Hope Tree swaying in the breeze. It’s also where we’ve captured native yeast used in some of our Estate Piedmont ales, most recently Tabula Rasa.
